Leadership Development Plan-Bogotá

 Hello friends,

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to attend a seminar in Bogotá, Colombia together with about 80 people from 18 different countries in Latin America.  It was a time where we talked about the vision and mission of Campus Crusade for Christ in Latin America.  We were also able to visit some universities in Bogotá and see how God is using college students who are involved in the movement to reach their campus for Christ.

Personally it was a very encouraging time where God reminded me of the importance of the work we do investing our lives to take the Gospel to the universities of the world is an amazing privilege and is definitely worthwhile.

I was able to hear from other missionaries’ experiences and challenges about sharing the Gospel in their countries.  But overall God encouraged us all greatly and reminded us that the university continues to be a key place and time to reach the world for Christ and see transformation in our culture.  If we want to see our countries and the world transformed, we should invest all the needed resources in the universities in our respective countries.

Thank you very much for your unconditional prayer and financial support.  I would like to thank and remind you that you play a large part in seeing our culture change.  You are also part of our movement where together we take the message of Christ to the world through the college students.  Thanks for investing in our lives and in the student ministry.

-That God would raise up student leaders to reach their universities for Jesus in Mexico and the world.

-That in this time of raising financial support God would bring us to people like yourselves who are committed to God and the Great Commission.

-That God would continue to work in the lives of the students that are involved with Campus Crusade in Mexico and help them to grow in their faith.
