The Pomares                   January 2015

Dear friends, We are kicking off the year very excited about what God is going to accomplish in our lives and the lives of so many university students in Mexico. On January 6th, we had a beginning-of-semester party for the students from the BUAP University which featured a traditional pastry and chocolate for the Day of the Three Kings.  It was a really fun event.  Leah and Ian were excited to see so many people at our house, and of course, they had a lot of fun when they got to hit the piñata at the end of the party. It was an opportunity for us to encourage the students to believe that God will be at work through them this year at the university as well as in their own personal lives. Here are some pictures from the party.

We sincerely hope that this year will be a successful one for all of you as well! Prayer requests: -That the students of BUAP would continue growing in their faith in Christ. -That God would use us this year to reach many more university students. Thank you for your prayers and support as together we continue seeing lives transformed by Christ in 2015.
